ESI Registration
Employee State Insurance Corporation, an independent agency under the Ministry of Labour and Employment of the Government of India, is in charge of managing and regulating employee state insurance (ESI). For Indian employees, the ESI plan was established, which gave the worker financial, medical, and other benefits from the company.
Presently, it is mandatory for any business, organisation, or factor that employs more than 10 people and pays them a minimum salary of Rs. 21,000 to register with the ESIC.
